Question: has anyone ever bought a louis vuitton from bergacci.com before? was the purse authentic? how do you know? would you recomend it?

I PURCHASED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS AN AUTHENTIC LOUIE VUITTON BAG, AND WAS RIPPED OFF, DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS. THE BAG CAME FROM CHINA ( red flag ) AND SMELLED CHEAP, EXPENSIVE BAGS SMELL LIKE LEATHER, THIS BAG STUNK IN GENERAL. THE HARDWARE ALSO WAS A DEAD GIVE AWAY, LOUIE VUITTON HAS ALL HARDWARE STAMPED EVEN THE BUTTONS AT BOTTOM OF BAG. I RETURNED THE BACK BAG , THEY WILL NOT CONTACT ME AT ALL. SO NOW THEY HAVE THE BAG I PURCHASED AND MY $ 620.00. THEY ALSO DO NOT HAVE PHONE NUMBER ON WEBSITE, SO YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM. SAVE THE MONEY AND GO TO THE STORE, YOU'LL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOUR GETTING, DON'T GO THROUGH WHAT I AM EXPERIENCING NOW, IT TOTALLY SUCKS. I HOPE THIS HELPS.
