What your question makes no sense.

Yes, because you'll be stronger, healthier, and happier for your entire life.

There is a theory that says that working out and dieting does not make you live longer, it just makes it seem longer.

And on that note I'm going to make bacon, eggs, and fried potatoes for breakfast. (With lots of real whole milk and sugar in the tea.)

once you waste something you cant replace it. So no I dont think it is worth it.

absolutely. the question is fixed because you asked if you "waste" years. even if you're a narcissist you can't deny the mental effects working out plays on your emotional well being. furthermore, you're not wasting 5 whole years. it's done a few hours out of the week. and it's a lifestyle. if you dont exercise, i strongly consider you adopt a lifestyle change pronto. you're losing at least 2 years of your life.
don't be foolish.

By Five years, do you mean you spent 43,800 hours working out or do you mean that during the past five years you worked out, spending, say, a half hour a day and three days a week?

If you spent a reasonable amount of time working out and have added two years to your life then yes, it's worth it.

My point exactly! LOL!

Just kidding. I think it is worth it, nothing better to do with that 1/2 hr. to hour per day so mind as well excercise. Ya never know what could happen in those 2 years, could be the best 2 of your life! I'll have that much more time with my familly.

You don't LOSE 5 years by working out, because you're still alive. It only benefits you by ADDING years to your life.

Perhaps, but you've gotta admit, they'd probably be a better looking corpse in the coffin.

Fact is you might be lucky if you add two months to your life if you work out.

At least u manage to get back 2 years of "life".. while others don't even have a week to relax. What u work for and wad u get back is worth it. I guesss.

Funny some people actually didn't 'get' it..and I don't mean the joke! Anyway .now that you put it THAT way..lol

Don't do it! It is a trap! Here let this picture express why:

So it's only 3 years wasted.
I can live with that.

If it made me feel better about myself and led to a healthier life while I was living, sure. :-)
