Every thing I could find on the internet seemed to say it does work. My own dietician says fad diets are dangerous, and every person needs to consult with their doctor before trying any diet.

Haven't heard a lot of it. But I think that a personalized diet works better for each one. Some healthier recommendations help but you must learn many other things.
