How do I lose nasty inner-thigh fat?

Lie on one side and lift the lower leg up just about 5 inches of the ground (keeping it straight, but not rigid!). It is really hard, but do a few a few times a day and build up week by week.

that or, lie on your back and slowly open your legs as wide as possible - 6 sets of 12. Each time getting just a bit wider than the last. Hold open for a count of 10 - count slowly..good luck
It is very difficult to target certain areas of your body to lose fat. If you do cardio 5 times a week consistently at moderate/high intensity..you should be able to get rid of it. Try biking, stairstepping, treadmill, walking briskly, and/or jogging. This will help build strength and endurance in your legs.
There is an exercise that will help tone that area. It is called the ballet squat. Place your legs apart more than a regular squat and angle your feet a little outward (slightly bowlegged). Go down until your thighs are about parallel to ground then go back up. Repeat. This will target the inner thighs. Do 2 or 3 sets of 10-15 using your body weight. If it becomes too easy, use dumbbells for added resistance. Good luck.
Just takes perserverance. I had a little fat in my inner thighs..but don't now. I used the exercise above with weights.
