Anyone Use " Hair Skin, & Nails Pills"? Or Vitamin E for hair?

They're good, but you might instead take natural ingredients. Did you try using natural oils and drinking milk. sometimes those pills makes you hair grow more in unwanted areas!!

I don't use but I learned that Vitamin A & E, they take about few months for little change. Its very slow!
