how much weight will i lose? estimated..?

Question:
i'm 16, female, 5'2, and i weigh about 114 pounds.
i want to lose about 10 pounds. what do you think my results would be if i replace all beverages with water, walk up a steep hill, and walk around everyday afterschool for about an hour, do 100 sit ups a day, and eat less, & healthier?

Answers:
well i think if your doing all of that you are bound to lose weight. but heres what i am more worried about the fact that you are already pretty slim, i think you should work one being healthier, but be happy with who you are now, because will you really be happy at 104? or will you still be searching for 94?

Eating less will make you less healthy (unless you eat tons), you need energy to fuel your body though all the extra work you plan on doing. instead of eating less, eating healthier would be more suitable. drinking water will cut sugar and empty carbs, and the extra exercise will definitely burn calories.

you may not necessarily lose weight, but you will become more fit. by doing exercise, your body will break down fat and turn it into muscle (keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less space) -- so you would become thinner at the same weight.

good luck.

you might loos weight that way; but also avoid white flours (white bread, rice, etc.) replace with whole grain bread (do not confuse w/whole wheat), integral rice; no butter or margarine(the last one is bad for your heart), avoid sugars and commercial juices, eat plenty of fruits and if possible consume them with skin.
As vegetables steam them, but avoid carrots and beets.
