workout for lower abs + obliques?


i need a some workouts that will target my lower abs and obliques. could someone please describe one or two in detail.

also, if i were to take protien supplements, do i teke them before or after working out?

i have fibro and im in so much pain.does anyone else have this.and what do you do for the pain?

i cant explain a good way to work out your abs however its not hard ull see improvements wthin 3 months you should work them out about 3-4 times a week, as for protein you should take it thru-out the day . Upon Awakening mid-day, and another scoop before bedtime because its during sleep when your muscles begin to repair itself so you need protein inorder for proper tissue repair, eat plenty of protein enriched food, whey protein powder will help
