Some say the vitamins and proteins in men's semen have benefits but I think it is more rumour than truth.

well acttualy yes it is that is if its for a woman , it has vits in it hat help clear up acne and age spotts. it also is proven to help with strech marks on the legs and breast i know this seems out of wack but this what studys have shown.

I do not know about skin, but there have been reports that women who injest semen on a regular basis lost significantly more weight than those who did not. it may be a bogus study but I read that somewhere.
