yes after you open them you have like a month or two after that they change in someway to less than good as new.

I know if its not kept in a cool place in the summer it starts to smell bad,I accidentally left a bottle in my car last summer.and when I found it,man it stunk..lol

I don't know if there is a date printed on the bottle, but for sure it gets to smelling funny after awhile, when my dad got killed we found some cologne of his in the house that had gone bad, peee yuuuu
