There is no good way of losing weight fast. You can do something extreme like eating only once a day or something, and you will probably lose weight. However, if you lose weight fast, you gain back weight fast. You will gain the weight back again very easily.

change your mind and change your lifestyle
do a lot of brisk walking
weight training
swimming

eat small meals 5 - 6 x's a day
broth based soups..drink that broth
complex carbs in the morning thru early afternoon
less carbs more protein for last meal
avoid sugars
avoid solid fats

Experiment with calorie and content until you find out what your NO-NO foods are and what your daily calorie intake to maintain your weight is.

Then double your activity and lower your calorie intake by 50-150 calories and stay away from the no-no foods.

It works.
