Question:

Answers:
A lot of people will start telling me off for this but.Marijuana works much better than any of the OTC stuff. It's much safer than anything you will ever get from your Doctor. The only side effect you'll get will be the munchies.Nobody ever died from Marijuana. Can you say the same thing about Viox or Tylenol? Marijuana has been in use as a medicine for over 5.000 years.

tylenol p.m. take about 5 of them

why would you want to take medication that gives you a sleeping problem?

well it is called clouden try it it works

Tylenol PM works for me. Take at about 8:00 and get to bed by 9:00. It works great for me.

On the other hand, my husband can't get to sleep if he takes it. I guess you will have to experiment.

melatonin

I have trouble sleeping also. So I bought some Equate Sleep Aids at Wal mart. After about 20 minutes I am out and I then sleep like a peaceful baby. Good stuff and safe. Try it.
It is on the shelf in the pharmacy section, so you can just pick it up and go to a register to pay for it.

Tylenol PM but please don't take 5 only take 2.

Well I am sorry but another way is if you have a cough and it really bothers you, I would suggest you take Tylenol cough and sore throat. I was sick and it worked. Anoter thing is can you be my computer pal?

sex and smoking

It all depends on your chemical composition. Different pills work for different people. That's why there are so many different ones. Clonapin and Valum work best for me. But that's just me.

My 15 year old brain . . duh!

Well, and 15 years of living with a mother who's a nurse and has just as many sleeping problems as me.

Ambien by far!!

Tylenol PM,,BUT BEWARE! This stuff makes you have some pretty crazy dreams and it's really hard to wake up from.

You know, I usually agree with the marijuana statements made on here, being a pothead myself. BUT I disagree this time. Only because I am also a nurse and I have seen that some people get the opposite effect from smoking marijuana. They get jittery and their mind starts racing. Some people even have panic attacks from it.

The only thing I have ever seen work, universally, without addictive side effects that are found in most sleep aids (Valium etc), is Melatonin. It is completely safe when taken as directed. Even safe enough for children. It is a naturally occurring chemical in the brain that induces sleep. It also helps with mental clarity and memory during the day. It's great stuff and it really, really works!

If you have a continuing problem you need to go to a doc and deal with it.

Tylenol PM is not candy. It works for a night or two, but you don't want to be taking it regularly. I can wreak havoc on your liver.

There are lots of prescription sleep aids out there, but your trouble may be solved by addressing the source.

I say, see a doc if you can.

Please, don't put your health in the hands of an amateur forum. Respect your mind and body. Consult your doctor.
