targeting certain body parts during excercise?

Question:
is it true that you can "NOT" target certain areas in which to lose fat thru excercise? example you can't target inner thighs or arm fat or post baby stomach? i read that you have to work your whole body instead.please tell me the source where you get your info from.thanks

Answers:
You can target certain body parts, but only to firm up and tighten the body part. By doing this you will not have jelly like body parts. They will diminish the fat and floppy look. That doesn't mean you burned body fat just in that area. You just added some muscle and tightened it up.
You need to exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 min. To burn fat all over your body. (eat sensibly & cut sugars)

P.S I just noticed your picture..Chow-meow!!
You look fine.
