Eat garlic. It is a natural cholesteral cutter. Try garlique to cut down on stinky breathe. Also, eat cherrios, they keep my cholesterol down. I prefer Honey nut cherrios. Also, try working out a little, it will help get your body back in the right condition. Another thing to do is cut all junk food, and eat lots of greens. This will also bounce your body back.
