Question:

Answers:
Work out. You need to decrease your bodyfat%. Then you will have rippling pectorals! When you work out it will turn your boobie fat into muscle and it will look good. If you still have some left, dont worry about it some girls like a guy with maleboobies! If you are still not happy THEN get surgery. Leave the knife as a last option.

Other Answers:
Exercise is the word. Work out, dude. Thats the only way. Take a stroll as often as you can. Ride a bike. All these can help.

You need to accept who you are. If anybody doesn't like you because of your body, they are shallow.

Get yourself in shape, eating right and exercising, then accept the body God gave you. Focus on more important things, like your life, love, career, and your fate after you are gone from this world.

Having surgery is the only way. Exercise will accomplish nothing. You will also see herbal concoctions that claim they will help your bust, but even on the very slim chance they might work, it is only a temporary measure.
