What are common causes for leg pain?

Question: I've had unexplainable leg pain in my left leg for the past two days. It comes and goes, but when it hurts, it's pretty severe pain. It starts out at the back of my leg and eventually works itself all the way down to my foot. It not cramps. Any idea what this could be?

im not a doctor but somedays i too get some leg pain but i do stand up for around 12 hours a day with hardly any rest.

Could this be attrtibuted to your job?

The most probable reason is overwieght that might causing you this problem
sometimes cramps in sleep also may effect you check for swelling and take care of it immediately
