Try washing your face LOL next time your at the store where you buy your cleansing cream makeup ect look for a special cleanser for white heads they have them also you can try those strips make for blackheads they have them for whiteheads

Leave them alone, just wash, if you squeeze them your face will look really nasty later in life.
