Humans are animals.Most STDs are virus this is like asking where the common cold came from it is a opportunistic virus that lives in a host human and/or animal. For example bird flu lives in both humans and birds but Potomac horse fever only horses.
No one knows - that's because STDs (viral and bacterial) have been with us as long as there have been people & animals. (STDs were not spread by people having sex with animals - nor did they originate that way.)
It's not really that important to wonder where they came from - it's better to look to the future and work on getting rid of them, and to protect yourself and your friends. Hopefully, someday, science will find cures for the ones that cannot be cured now!
