Could you possibly not know that you have a UTI?

Question:
Is it possible for a person to have a Urinary Tract Infection without experiencing its symptoms?

Answers:
I don't think it's likely for women not to notice it. I get them like twice a year and I always feel the symptoms.

Other Answers:
Yes.

not a notion, i have them a lot, n believe me u will know straight away! Drink loads of water n cranberry juice!

yes so see your doctor and find out for sure

Chlamidia is sometimes undetecable via symptoms. What you need to do is if you have had unprotected sex, or feel at all nervous, is go to the doctor and ask for a test.

Better safe than sorry! Left untreated, chlamidia can lead to sterility.

Seriously, you will know. The burning and the constant feeling that you need to pee is unmistakable! Lots of water and cranberry juice will help get rid of it.

Yes. It's actually a serious problem. my daughter gets UTI's and doesn't know it until the infection is so great that she gets really sick. We have to tke her to the doctor more often than normal to stay ahead of her infections.

When you have an UTI, you might not know it's a UTI but you will KNOW that something is wrong. Not for nothing but an UTI will literally make you feel as if your uterus is falling out. No joke

Yes. A UTI doesn't have symptoms until it is well established See your doctor.Since a UTI is not cleared up the moment you feel better it is important to continue taking the medicine your doctor prescribes, at the times specified, until it is all used up. Do not stop taking it because you feel better and do not miss a pill.

Eeeeewwwwwwwwww!.

yes, if there is any nerve damage or problems, I have a friend who doesn't feel the symptoms but gets them frequently, she has to check her urine to see if it's cloudy each time
