i start pull the dark hair from my lip area, but they are getting more and more, not very noticable, but if bothers me a lot.

Why don't you just have them removed with electrolysis or something?

You can always bleach them every 20 days . That way there are not noticable & blend with your skin colour. If You can afford you can go in for permanent removal like electrolysis also.Plucking them only makes them grow more strong.
