its sad to hear all ur problems, but there is always a solution for every thing. though what you said sounds like constant depression but usually close to each menstural cycle it is normal to feel down and just to look at negative points of life.
for short time you can elevate your mood with relaxing and enjoying yourself with simple and cheap ways. some thing like a nice choclate with tea(earl grey,is my favorite for this times) realy helps me a lot.beside that you can stop thinking about the world for some hours and enjoy your self with may be a nice bubble bath , or something which you usualy dont do much and will not cost much too.you can light on some candles and put nice relaxing music with headfones so it will shut the sounds of neighbors lye down on your bed and close your eyes ,and try relaxing yourself part by part of your body. starting from your toes contract them and relax them and move up to your leg muscles , thighs, till you reach your head,take nice deep breaths and only concentrate on your body parts you are relaxing. when your whole body is relax try to count backward from 20 to one in your mind and try to imagine each number in your mind.and go to sleep.
for long term solution you should sit and see what are real problems and what are looking like problems.
though the neighborhood you explained doesnt sound nice at all but always try to look at the positive point of things, atleast you have a home to live in, and you sleep in your bed not in the street,bad things can happen to any one , but till you would be able to save up some money to move to a better place, its good to have a shelther rather than nothing.
same goes for your job, so many people would be happy to have your job and will not mind any hardship.try to see if you can get a better job but dont leave this one with the hope of something which doesnt exist. the main problem of yours which might be also having effect on your performance at work is your depression. which you can try solving it .
work on interior of your home. its not neccesory to have expensive things , its just how you arrange them. try to get some plants ,or flowers and keep them on your window in your bathroom and in your kitchen, taking care of plants is very effective and relaxing,
for praying it helps me alot too, cause god is the only one who doesnt leave us at all. but you dont need to go to church to pray, you can pray any where, cause he is every where.and he hears every thing we say.
if you realy tried all this and it didnt helped you try to get advise from a physician.
mean while avoid foods which are having phenyl alanine, as it increases depression, things like milk and turkey meat are rich in it. instead try things elevating the mood like cocoa, choclate and coke. my best wishes for you.

You need someone who can truly help you. Jesus Christ! He is the comforter and His joy is our strength. I would recommend to find a local church that can lead you to all that He has for you.

Try to listen to some realy upbeat happy music and don't think negative thoughts only positive.If you have a river or lake or ocean to sit by and enjoy the scenery that helps too.If it continues call your Dr. and he can give you medicine that will help.Hope you feel better soon.
Sounds like a lot going on, and the best thing to do is to talk to a counselor who can guide you through it. People have such negative attitudes about counseling, but basically it is a third party helping you sort things out. How long have you been at the job, this is probably a sign that there is something else in your future to pursue. You can still have fun without money, we just think we have to have money to enjoy life, and there are people who have money who are miserable. I know this isn't a quick fix, but the counseling can really help you, and if you need medication for the depression, temporarily, that is what the counselor can decide for you.
First of all, don't make any decisions right now. Try to focus on the things that are! good in your life. And always remember that as bad as today is, that tommorrow will be better. It helps me to think of all the people in the world that have no food, shelter and basic needs. I have found through my depression that in the end it is up to us to make ourselves feel better. I am not sure if that manager is deliberately giving you problem. My advice is, you need to ask yourself few questions, like am I doing a good job that I am employed to do? If I am not, how can I improve on it?
Another way to solve it, I think is, to have a chat with this manager. Ask the manager how you feel and ask what exactly do they expect you to do in order to keep them happy?
Hopefully, they will feel for you and tell you your failings.
Pray. I said a prayer for you also, but you must pray. Take things one day at a time. Do your job and give things time to blow over and to calm yourself. If there are still problems after you are calm enough to think about it, consider your options and make the first move. I don't have extra money either, but there are fun things to do without money, depending on your interests. Just go outside and close your eyes, listen to the birds and breathe. You are depressed. Unfortunately Depression DOESNT go away on its own. Go to a doctor. DONT BELIEVE TOM CRUISE and the SCIENTOLOGY BULL****. Seriously if you dont go seek help you wont get better.
Save some money and get away from there..life is to short for misery.go somewhere new and start again..

you sound like you beimg too negitive about your whole world, dont you know there are millions of people in the world that have a much worse life than you do! Just try to see one positive thing in your life to be grateful for every day & before you know it you might just see life in a different light. if all that fails then just HANG ON coz life is beautiful, even though it might not seem like it right now, you might just see something beautiful tomorrw & be grateful for the gift of life you have been given.
