I am 6'3 and 170 pounds. I am tyring to lose 20 pounds by summer. Can anyone help me?

I think you probably don't need to loose weight but maybe tighten some muscles and maybe loose a few pounds. But if you want a good healthy diet. Plenty of excercising, 30 min aerobic per pay plus 3 x per week pilates. A lot of water. And I would reccommend the Blood Type Diet by Dr. P. D'Adamo, Eat right 4 your type. If you are Type O meats, dark green veggies - little sugar and wheat, including all wheat products. Stay away from Dairy and lentils. If you are a Type A, you need to be pretty close to vegitarian, Tofu: but there are certain food's I'm not sure about with A. Don't know much about B. AB Is pretty rare but it's easy going. If you are AB, stay away from red meat, chicken and pork. Most dairy is not okay.
You might wonder where you get your calcium from. Try:
Soy Milk (silk is very yummy)
Dark Green Vegis have a great, absorbable calcium
Eating for your blood type and staying active, weightloss will come as a bonus. And that's what you want.

Juice Fasting is probably your most realistic possibility but ask someone who knows how to do it though.

eating carbs is good cause they keep you fool longer! just dont eat too much. avoid fried food and meat.
fish, veggies and fruit are great. A glass of 2% milk helps you loose weight. Drink lots of water. If you get cravings eat a bar of dark chocolate.! hope it helps!!

the south beach diet works really well i have been on it 2 months and have lost 15 lbs

Okay I am six one and I am 160 people have told me I am too skinny. You being six three and to be healthy the skinnest you should be is 160. Your normal weight should be 170. If you are less then 160 then your body will no function right and then you will really start to have problems sometimes thoughs problem linger for the rest of you life. 160 is good.
You need to burn off more calories than you eat each day. Limit yourself to a 2,000-2,500 calorie diet. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio each day and throw in some strength training as well (lighter weights, more repetitions). Make sure you take a day off per week or you may get burnt-out. Eat sensible choices; fruits, veggies, balanced meals. Most of the time its not all of WHAT you eat, it's how much you eat. Pay attention to how much a serving is of what you are eating. Read labels. Umm.honestly u sound thin already and im not really kidding around, but its good to stay in tone/shape. I run about 3-5 miles per day and swim for 2 hours its really good exersise and well lets just say u dont have any "double chins" lol
