Does anyone else here have bipolar, as I have, or have any other mental illness?

What is the point of this question? I'm finding it hard to find logic in your motive for posting it. Sure, there are others out in the world with mental illness. It's a simple fact of life.

I am Bipolar.and am not on any medication either..but I've been told that the prescription that works best for this is Effexor.apparently makes the bipolar disorder very managable

My father has been diagnosed with maniac depression,and psyclic schizophrenic. He's taken everything from effexor, lexapro, clonazepam, xanax, and, lorazepam (among others). nothing has really helped him.. He's been in and out of mental institutions and jails for the past 7 years.. You're not alone honey.. there are thousands and thousands of people who are diagnosed with mental illnesses every year.. I was diagnosed 2 years ago with an anxiety disorder.. I've been taking Zoloft since then and it really helps me..
