You may want to speak with your doctor about that.

try using home remedies

Wood-- you make it smooth using sandpapers. You can use the same. =)

Personally, I think the product Aquaphor does wonders on healing the skin. Also, lotions and ointments containing cologen and elastin help to improve the look of scars, but unfortunately, nothing makes scars just 'fade away'. Sometimes time itself can help the look of a scar, but my suggestion would be to try some skin scare products such as aquaphor or some Palmer's lotions or creams.
Good luck. :)

first ask your doctor, because facial/any scares need to be taken care of quickly. There are certain creams/lotions that heal scare tissue. be careful of how you go about solving this problem. You might not need to make an appoitment, just call and ask the physcians assistant.

if you're a natural type of girl, a mixture of calendula and golden seal will make it fade away gradually. Otherwise try one of those micro dermabrasion systems at home. They speed up cell turnover helping you get back to your smooth original skin. Don't do too much too fast though and be sure to use a good moisturiser and wear a high SPF your skin is especially sensitive. If you go to a doctor a 1% retinol cream works even faster, but it's by prescription only.
