Help! I want to fasten my metabolism!?


I want to fasten my metabolism because it takes me at least 2-3 days to procure bowel movement. Also, I want to get slim.
What are ways without drinking medications to fasten my metabolism?

What I have found for me is 20 minutes EACH morning before work exercising on a stationary bike or something similar. And I men hard. You can begin slowly and work up to those levels. By starting the day exercising, the metabolism is awakened and works the whole day for me. Balance that with reducing some awful calorie thing in your life. The combo effect allowed me to lose 4 pounds the first week and about 1 to 2 pounds after that per week. The success encouraged me to work harder in that 20 minutes and to say NO to those bad foods we eat. You know which ones they are. You have to be determined and consistent. Take charge of your body. You OWN it. Bring it under your control. Unfortunately, it wants to work against us.
