What can you do so i can run faster and longer than usual?
Question:
Answers:
Don't work on increasing speed and distance at the same time. Focus on one at a time until you get comfortable with one. Then you can add in the other, but not during the same workout.
To increase your distance, add a long run once a week. Increase your distance by about 10% per week. So if you are currently running 5 miles as your longest run, increase it to 5.5 miles, then 6 miles, etc.
For speed, you can do interval training. This should be done on a flat surface, like a track or treadmill. After a warm up, run one lap around the track at a faster pace. Then run a lap or two at a slower pace to recover. Repeat. Keep your speed work distances to 10% of your weekly mileage. So if you run 20 miles per week, only run 2 miles at the fast pace.

funny. when you run, sprint for a short period time, then return to your normal pace, do this 4-5 times during your run. within a few weeks your pace should increase.
I cant do anything, but you can carb load. Eat lots of carbohydrates. Try not to run right after eating. If your legs are cramping, take a 30 minute break and hold stretches for at least 30 sec(despite yoga, studies say there's no increase in flexibility for people who stretch longer).
When you workout, do lots of jump rope and light weights with many repetitions. One of my coaches told me to breath in through nose in two breaths and out the mouth in one. Don't remember his logic but I was convinced at the time.
i can send my dog to catch u. i bet u that u ll run faster and longer than ever.
run every day, you can try two things, either run the same distance every day but a shorter time every time u run it or u can run a longer distance every day
You're out of luck if you're expecting me to increase your stamina and speed personally, but what YOU can do is do some training. No one's ever lifted 150 pounds in one sitting, or participated in a triathalon, without any training. Don't get too nervous, now. Simply running consistently, like every day, for a number of days, will eventually increase your stamina.
i had the sayem thing when i was growing up deprnding on your age why dont you join your local little athletics. they trane you. or u can always make a goal with your self like im gonna run around the oval in 20 min if u dont make it. then jog around it get the feel and when your ready then start to run its easy to make it if you dont rush yourself if u make it with in 20 min time your self then next time try and beat the time u had befor. warm up jump on the spot or with a jump rope eating right walking in the morning or a slow jog in the mornings be for school or work
