I weigh 153 Lbs and am 5'-7" .I do bike and jog, with no drop in weight.what should I do?

go on a diet. What I like to do is cut out three fatty and high calorie foods for one month (beginners). Also, are biking MORE than 45 minutes a day? Also, when you walk instead of run, you will burn more calories, while if you jog you will only build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.

try wearing multiple layers of clothing when you do those activities. Sometimes even a trash bag over you on the inside then put many layers of clothing over that. The more you sweat, the more weight you will lose. Look into fat burners, sometimes they can be helpful. Or join a gym, they can help you manage what you eat and good workout habits.
Increasing the length of your workout or going on a diet or both. I am on a high protein diet so when I workout really hard my muscles don't start to break down.
