a back flip? start by doing hand stands and walking down the wall(face away from the wall but not 2 far away, place ur hands against the wall and slowly walk down the wall and back up) Dont try to do 2 much at once its a gradual thing.but that will get u used 2 being upside down so when u do advance ur body wont collapse and u wont break ur neck
