Anyone heard of Energy Psychology?

What do you think of it? What is it good for? Do you think it would be worthwhile to attend a workshop>

In a nutshell, Energy Psychology deals w/ positive ways to overcome stress, anxiety, anger, depression etc, in life. It focuses on the powerfull mind-body connection. There are many techniques involved that could be helpful.breathing exercises, experimenting w/ chakras etc.it offers a wonderful way to deal w/ & overcome problems in life w/o having to depend on heavy therapy or medications. As someone who has a degree in Psychology, I definitely think this would be something beneficial to check out in a workshop.I would certainly attend, to learn more. There is so much we can overcome in life, just by understanding who we are & what really benefits us as individuals. Hope this helps!
