My source is me. I was getting shingles on and off since my early 20s till just about 5 years ago. I'm 35 now. I started an anti-candida diet to remove yeast from my body/colon. And started taking Folic Acid/B-complex regularly. Folic acid aids in repairing your genetic material in your cells and entire body. It worked for me. When I stop for awhile and get that burning sensation on my skin. I start again and it goes away.
