How can I stop having suicidel thoughts?

Question:

Answers:
Talk to someone that can help you with your issues, remember when you talk you must give them full detail, or else they really can't help you. Occupying yourself really doesn't work because if you get mad then all you want is to kill yourself, andthat is all you think about while your time is supposedly "occupied". Just go and get help from someone, talk about it, and make sure they understand what you are going through, it's better to talk to someone who has experienced this on a first hand basis, than to talk to someone who only deals with these people daisly, because they sort of understand. But not to the same extreme that the person who has went through it themselves does, they can relate alot better, plus they will tell you their stories, not other peoples and say it's theirs.

Get it in your mind that Suicide is not a option, and suicide is a selfish act, I know that sounds a little cold but it's selfish because of the other people involved (like your parents or your children) it would break their heart forever, till the day they die, So this should prompt you to go get help, and mabe get on a antidepressant, I know saddness and depression is a horrible feeling, just horrible, and sometimes you just can't help but to feel like you'd be better off dead, but it isn't a option, and you can get better, get some help as soon as possible, your family needs you and you need to get better so that you can live your life happily.Take Care
