Quick weight loss.possible.

Ok, I'm 5"5 and 107 lbs..I run a minimum of 10 miles aweek..and I still want to get rid of about 10 pounds before summer break (mid June) is this possible and if it is what can I do to burn this wheight.perferably my love-handles and ***.

107lbs is pretty thin for your height, if you wanna lose more weight chop off a leg

well drink AS MUCH water as you can a day and you should get skinner a bit faster also try to eat just fruits.And a tip if you want to fight cancer cells Eat green vegetebles like lettus.:> Hope it helps!

Your best bet to a better shape is start lifting weights three days a week.

stay active, no fast food, drink a lot of water (no sodas or alcohol), keep up a w/10 miles a week and add different types of cardio. Good Luck.
