Honestly, it's a sign of a bad organization that's out to take your money or worse, a cult. The Brain Respiration they preach sounds fishy and their bastardized version of Tai Chi is laughable at best. I would recommend staying away from an advertised yoga place that teaches stretching, Tai Chi and makes you drink tea.
