What Are The Dangers Of Taking Ephedrine Pills?

Question:
I recently found 25 mg Ephedrine pills in the form of asthma medication in my local grocery store. I remember the Ephedra craze and how much weight I lost, so I bought them and am taking them. What are the dangers involved?

Answers:
i'm no expert, but i think ephedra is okay IF you do not take more than the recommended dosage. which is about 30mg 3 time a day.
also, i think you need to take caffeine with it for it to really work.. and i think thats like 200 mg..? but i'd check out the ratios online..
google ECA stack.. the A stands for asprin but i dont think it's necessary..
good luck
be safe

It has been proven to raise blood pressure and acclerate your heart beat.

Ephedrine is an unbelievable dangerous drug that stimulates your metabolism and can cause heart, kidney, liver, pancreas, and other problems. With that small of a dosage, it will just trigger your system to release epinephrine, which will open up your asthmatic airways. I would watch how high of levels of ephedrine you consume, because it can be dangerous in the long run.
