yes there is but it's painful and you go back after surgery every weeek and get the scabes scrapped out .
if you can avoid surgery, take a heating pad and lay across your face about 10 minutes, then massage gently around nose and cheeks face and forehead
Don't know about surgical, but place some eucalyptus drops in a bowl of boiling water, and lean over for 5 mins, covering your head with a towl. Be careful not to let the steam burn your face, but your headache should subside. Stay away from allergens such as animal fur, dairy products, and esp cigarette smoke if possible. Hope this helps!
