I feel on my arm on Monday and it still hurts today. I think I bruised the bone. What should I do? Thanks!?
Question:
Answers:
Since there has been a time lapse between the bruising and today, the best thing is to live with it. Perhaps a cold compress might help but that is doubtful. Sorry for your bruise. Be careful!

call a doctor!
GO TO THE DOCTOR TO GET IT XRAY, COULD BE BROKEN OR SPRIANED
Put some Ice on it, and if it continues to hurt go to a doctor
Take yo *** to the doctor.
keep ice on it
You should try and rub some pain reliever Medicine on it. But if it doesn't help get a doctor.
Your arm will be very sore. Can you use it? Is there any lumps on it? Is it bruised? How do your finger feel? Any numbness? You can ice it for 20 minute periods, keep it elevated . You might have bruised the muscle. If above all fails, a trip to your doc might be in your future.
I think I would atleast call the doctor if it hurts very badly I would just go see the doc
Well if you can still move it, it isn't broke. Chances are you are low on iron and your bones are feeling a little pain. But don't risk it, call a doc.
if you have full range of movement, then you're prob fine.
If you have limited movement, then you want to set up an appointment with your Dr.
Maybe by the time the appointment comes around, your arm will feel better.
Time heals most bumps and bruises.
Nothing.
You might get your lover to kiss it better, or preferably kiss you all over. This won't make the pain go away but it will feel good.
If everything still works then there is unlikely to be any lasting damage - you will soon recover.
In the meantime, make sure you get all the sympathy you can.
I am not a doctor. I was told a long time ago that if you can move your arm that hurts (on its free will), you will be fine.

Some teacher told me that when I hurt my ankle.
1. You can't 'bruise a bone'. The arm is strained, sprained, twisted, bruised, or something.
2. If you cannot use your arm or fingers normally or without a lot of pain, see a doctor- that is a sign something is pretty wrong.
3. If it hurts to move the arm, try resting it for a while. Rig up a simple sling to keep the wrist slightly elevated and the arm from moving.
4. If it hurts to touch a place, if a bruise is developing, or if a muscle is achy, alternate hot and cold packs. Use whichever 'feels right'. The cold will ease pain, the hot will help break up the swelling and relax the muscle.
Call your doctor. He/She may want to take an xray to see if the bone is fractured or broken. In the meantime, you may want to take tylenol or another mild pain killer to relieve the pain.
