What exactly is a 'type A' personality?

Question:
Can you give me any specific examples of 'type A' behavior.

Answers:
OMG, MY SISTER! picture a 30 something woman driving a big-a.s.s suv, 3 wild kids in the back yelling and laughing, her carrying on three completely unrelated conversations like some bad seinfeld episode, holding a cafe mocha latte in one hand, steering with the other, cell phone pinned between her left ear and her shoulder, getting directions from her husband WHILE she somehow actually manages to flip the lever for her right blinker and make a turn.

any further questions about type "A"? exactly. "A" stands for "Anne"

Someone who is always busy, maybe hyperactive, perfectionist, stressed out. It's basically someone who's driven and has a hard time relaxing.

Not being able to believe the job is done. Always looking for one last thing to do. Staying awake at night wondering if you should have mowed the lawn earlier.

Always rushing through stuff, nervous, high expectations, get really frustrated if does not accomplish these expectations, very good coping skills with stress.
