do some squats.

cardio is the best workout you can do. try swimming or running. when i used to run becuase i was trying out for volleyball i got HUGE calves! now i feel like i have a freakin' tumor (no offense to anyone) becuase it's sooo big and i haven't ran in a long time, so i feel fat. anyways..try going to the beach if you want to run because working in the sand makes your legs work more.

oh try lunges too! they really tire me out especially if i use weights. or if you don't have any use stairs (i think any will do) and do the lunges upward and hten twist your body to one side as you ascend the stairs (good for butt and thighs) or jumping up the stiar is good too believe it or not (another butt and thigh exercise)

*sorry looking through my mags* do you know what it's called when you shift the balance between your toes and your heels? like you lift yourself? i can't remember what it's called.

do you know that excercise when you're on all fours (and knees) and then you lift one leg outwards? and then switch? it's really good for your butt too.

don't forget to always stretch!

Take the stairs whenever you can, it helps soo much. When I was a freshman in college, I lived in a dorm on the 5th floor, and I always took the stairs. Now, I live in a 4th floor apartment, and I still always take the stairs (even with groceries sometimes, I'd do it all the time, but those darn bags are so weak and they break on me!).

If you live in a one-story house, or you don't have stairs around, go to the gym and use a stair master.

And for the other thing, I think you mean your calves? Stand on your tiptoes a lot. Or wear high heels, it gives the same effect. I get compliments ALL THE TIME on how nice my calf muscles are. It's partially good genetics, partially taking the stairs, and partially high heels that does it for me.
