Drink lots of room temp water or warmer if you can stand it. Take alleve cold and sinus for the daytime.
Try robitussin dm for the night. Gargle with hypertonic salt solution for scratchy or sore throat. After 10 days or so if symptoms get worse or you think your may have bronchitis or possibly sinus infection go to MD. Of course a severe sore throat may be strep so call MD right away for that.

i have bad sinus problems do to multiple broken nose i was told by a doctor to eat 1/8 teaspoon of horseradish once or twice a day it works pretty good
