healthy dieting is the key to everything. even when you excercise. without dieting, you will not achieve similar results as the person excercising next to you, even if they do less work then you. 70% of working out is in the diet. so, i suggest fruits and vegetables. most of the time when people get fat is because of the fats they eat and the carbohydrates that they consume. so, you should cut those out. and with fruits and vegetables, you dont have to watch anything in your diet. just continue eating. its also best to start young as some fruits and vegetables require an acquired taste. once you are used to it though, you will continue on and have a healthy life. i was at one point so healthy that my hair grew out ugly in after a week. and my fingernails were way too long after about a week and a half. that was then though. Now I just eat what im given in this house because i pay for room and board outside my house now. to be honest, they try to eat healthy, but not the way i do. all i eat is fruits and vegetables. so, in knowing this, you know that you have to start as soon as possible. i wish you the best of luck in the future.
