Answers:
Shedding of hair and dandruff, dead skin cells, is normal but unless there is a medical condition causing the extra fallout you should look at another option.
Excessive hair fallout and dandruff is caused by the chemical build up on your scalp and hair from your current hair care products. First thing I would change is that!
My hair was very very thick . I had terrible dandruff and my hair started to fall out at a great rate. A friend introduced me to an all natural product line that has no chemicals, pesticides or cancer causing agents in it!
If you want relief, consider using Naturals Herbal Shampoo. It has NO chemicals and has its own conditioner blended right in. Within a week I noticed a huge difference in my hair and scalp. The flakes had almost stopped and my hair had become softer and shined amazingly!
Naturals shampoo removes the chemical build up on your hair and scalp caused by current hair care products. The company has a full line of NATURAL products for a much healthier and prettier you!
In the past year my hair has thickened almost to normal, the dandruff (dead skin cells ) is very normal, and my natural color is slowly returning !

Other Answers:
Speak to your doctor and/or pharmacist for ideas. There is something called tar shampoo but i'm not sure if it's for dandruff or eczema.I would definitely ask my doctor. or maybe even google search dandruff and see what you come up with!

Well I would recommend the Head and Shoulders shampoo if you have not already. It's not just the brand on the bottle that makes a dandruff shampoo. Many contain tar, salicylic acid, selenium sulfide, sulfur, and pyrithione zinc ingredients that give the shampoos their punch. They don't work forever, though. Once you notice that your shampoo is no longer doing the trick, switch to another type. When that one ceases to offer results, switch to another, or go back to the first one. Otherwise I believe your only other choice is going to the doctor and get them to prescribe you some medicine.
