could be mono -- ask for a blood test at the doc. It really wipes you out -- but the only treatment I know of is rest and more rest.

You could have sleep apnea. which means your breathing could stop several times a night while you sleep. Do you snore? That's one of the symptoms. You also could be anemic, but usually anemia isn't just feeling tired. it's also running out of breath easily, having pale skin, etc. You also could have chronic fatigue syndrome. You also could have any number of diseases or conditions, such as an underactive thyroid. Mono is another possibility. My son had it and his most persistent symptom was tiredness. He wanted to sleep all the time. Check with your doctor.

You need to see a Doctor so they can run some tests to rule out anaemia, thyroid disease, etc. Also this sometimes is a symptom of depression, are you depressed.

you should get you blood tested you need more iron and fiber in your nutrition. Have you been eating 3x a day and 1 snack in between your meals!

It's possible you have chronic fatigue syndrome; make an appointment with your doctor and explain your problems to him/her. If your problem is serious, you can be referred to a sleep disorder clinic.

I promise you this will work wonders, please try.
