Is this safe or not?

Question:
Even though I tell him over and over that he looks fine, my fiance is self-conscious about his excess tummy fat. He used to weigh a lot, but in the past couple of years he rapidly lost that weight and now he is skinny. The problem is, after losing that weight, he has extra "flab" on his tummy from losing that weight. So in the future he is considering having his tummy tucked.are there safer surgical methods, or is there some excercises he should do to get rid of the flab? His stomach is building muscle underneath the flab, so the flab won't go away by dieting, I don't think.

Sorry this is so long!

Answers:
Yes, it is safe, but someone I used to work with who had it done told me it is VERY painful.

I'd talk to a doctor about the pros and cons.

Other Answers:
Exercise, crunches, situps and the like.

There is no way to loose it by dieting, but you can work it off.

I have trouble simply bending over. Why? I don't have enough skin on my stomach. How did I get rid of it?

Crunches, I have probably done over 100,000 crunches. These are the easiest way to get your abs and stomach into shape.

I remember on some TV show, that getting skin fat is extremely dangerous. However, doing crunches enough to get a 6 pack, and/or loose the fat, may take years. Unless he is willing to do at least 1000 a day.

it'll go away..it just takes time

TT are safe if done by a well trained pl surgeon and done in an accred. facililty
