Depending how much you weigh, maybe you don't need to lose anymore.

Tough to say without knowing your physical statistics, diet and workout plan. I would tell you that if you do not have the proper amount of good carbohydrates & fats in your system then you will not burn fat deposits efficiently. Also you may be gaining muscle which is good becuase it looks great, it is however heavier than fat. I would be more concerned with your appearence than your actual weight.

I think that everyones body is different. People loose fast and some loose slow. Personaly or me it is really slow. Maybe you should try a diet or go onto a website that there are profesionals.

u should be gaining weight cause muscle weighs more than fat whenever i exercise and eat less i never change my weights the same and all and i dont gain or lose weight i think its just how u were made sometimes u just cant change no matter how hard u try God likes u the way u are

my problem was my cal intake was way too low. iam 5 6' and i was only taking 1000cal a day which is way too low if you want to lose weight and keep it off. i recommend talking to a nutritionist they can put you on the right path. if not go on line and see what is recommended for your height and age you will be surprised at what your actual weight should be and how much cal you can consume during the day. good luck

i'm the same as you except i exercise every day. i think once your body is done growing it gets to a certain weight and that is it's "natural weight" in that it doesn't want to leave that weight because it's what you are supposed to be. Just my theory.

Your calorie intake is way to low. You have a miss guided belief that not eating is the way to weight loss. Your fat is burned through your muscle. You will need to make sure that your are also getting the proper amount of protein.

Whoaaaa! Only 1000 calories per day? That is why you are not losing any weight and you are losing some serious muscle too by that calorie count.

You have caused your metabolism to stop. You need at least 1200 calories per day, even 1400 is ideal. Of course these calories need to be healthy foods, not empty calories.

When you do not feed your body enough, your body starts feeding off of your muscle to get its energy from. And when that is depleted, it just sits there begging you to feed it. If you do not feed it, your body shuts down (metabolism) because it has nothing to pull energy from.

Be careful with that.
