Anyone ever break a toe?

Question: I broke and dislocated my big right toe a few years back. I had outpatient surgery to have a pin put in it.had that for about a month or so. Well in the aftermath I now have a red hard bump that's right on top and a little to the side of where the break was..is this normal.anyone know how to fix or if can be fixed..it just bothers me.

I broke my pinky finger a few years back. My finger is crooked now, sort of like a bump on top. Goes with breaking bones, I guess.
