You can't .??

try to fall asleep thinking about the thing you want to dream about. think about it while you lay in bed.

Realise that you are dreaming 24/7 and that you are already there.

well you can put a movie on that has to do with what you want to dream, sit and think alot about it before you go to sleep , but put the movie on while you are a sleep and it will go into your dreams usualy.

you have to be constantly mindful about you states of mind so that when you are dreaming you naturally do a reality check and realize you're dreaming. after that, its cake.

I've willed myself to fly in my dreams.

You daydream the dream a lot while you're awake. Vary it slightly and make it as you would like it to be. It takes a while - but usually it works and you start dreaming the dream you want - hopefully lucidly. Lucid - means you believe it's real. If you have a lot of trouble getting it to work - I'll help. Just add this tall, dark, mysterious, educated, intelligent, Englishman named Michael - that will get you going..

Certainly willpower is part of life but it is limited. What you dwell on or work at excessively will show up in daydreams. The dreams you need to write down are from the night time and the first thing that is in you brain in the morning. These ideas are not from you and need looking into. I find that reading a book you can't put down becomes as much of a dream as a good movie you can't look away from. Hollywood gave us something made out of dreams.

i think you spell it sweet. sweat honey would be like a jock strap and honey.. or was that your intention. beware .. this poster is a little gestapo eichman , and likes to report people.
