Low calories diet or low carbs diet, which one is better if trying to get into shape?

Low calorie diets give you a broader choice of healthier foods and will cause less boredom when dieting. You can eat a variety of foods cooked in a variety of ways. You can also be assured that your body is getting everything it needs to function healthily.
Low carb foods limit what you can eat-ex. the Adkins diet-allows you to eat tons of eggs, cheese, meat, but very little else because it limits carbs at 20 grams--doesn't leave much choice---most people get bored with it and regain the weight once they stop it-------Also, there is a real debate as to whether Adkins is healthy. I have had several friends who made this diet a living routine and they now are paying for it with having extremely high colesterol.

dont try a diet try a lifestyle.
if you diet and go right back to an old routine you can easily gain back the weight.
throw out the junk. buy few snacks and many veges like carrots, cucumber etc.
buy juices instead of soda.
make a rule o fno eating junk while watching tv. or if you wanta snack eat only veges or fruit.

buy only enough food.
dont go shopping when you are hungry.
oh and excersice. the best way to loose weight is the helthy way or else you end up looking likt a shriveld up rasin string bean.lol
