Question:

Answers:
Get the inspection report before proceeding. If you haven't gone that far in the process, try to find the causative factor. Then you can decide if there is a serious problem or perhaps the windows just need to be resealed.

Corner of what? Is it in the basement? is it in the corner of tub? Depending on where it is - it may be just the tip of the iceberg.

We had a house in the past that had a mold prob in the basement. it took a lot of work to get it under control. At one point we had a prob in the bathroom and when we opened the wall where there was a loose tile - to fix it. We found a huge area that needed to be replaced. It has spread inside the wall like cancer. So Be careful. It may never be able to be totally fixed. So if you can live with it than you may still be interested but if not. you may want to walk away from this deal
