You have to make it a habit .. a habit to work out it typically takes 3 weeks to make something a habit. I have gone through this myself .. the funny thing is that exercise gives you so much energy so if you can just push yourself to get started the rest is downhill.

Start slow. Take a shower every morning, do 3-5 squats or some other small upper body excercise. Try walking up stairs instead of using elevators. And drink alot of water or energy drinks.

just push yourself to start & once you've begun you'll notice how much better you feel so you'll want to continue.then of course you'll be thrilled w/ the results you're getting & won't want to stop!

Perhaps it might be in your best interests to find out WHY you are tired all the time before undertaking exercise. You could be depressed, for example, or maybe not getting enough of the right kind of food, etc.

If you eat things like McDoinalds all the times, fries etc., it will make you feel sluggish.

I am dropping sugar. I have noticed that I feel better and have more energy.When you feel your energy returning you'll feel more like doing stuff. I am actually cleaning my house.and if you knew me.you'd know what an accomplishment that was!!

i have learned that if u dance a lot it can get u into shape. i take dance classes and i dance on my own and i lost a ton of weight.which is bad for me becuz i need to gain weight. u dont really need to know how to dance jus do something that would make u sweat.

Before going to the gym get into the mood by listening to your favourite music (preferably a energetic song). This is guaranteed to get you going!
