i guess ur body would get used to it after u wore diapers a while and u wuld just start going autamatically. id say it would take like 2-4 weeks to get used to it and then like that long when ud start getting used to using the toilet again. but why would u want to?

Not if you still have all your feelings. If you have a completely normal UT you will still know when you need to go.

you seriously do not want to untrain your body. A sexual fetish should not interfere with your everyday activites and im pretty sure crapping yourself isnt the most cleanly thing to be doing.
