hi i was just wondering what kind of things help you lose belly fat?

I've just started doing pilates,it seems to be working well.it also increases your lung capasity.oh! and stay away from bread.

try belly dancing.you will b sore the first few days, but only b/c you are really working those muscles. Trust me, it works.and you get new dance moves out of it!

to lose weight energy expended must exceed energy consumed ,cardio burns fat very effectively.Maybe work out at 60 % of your maximum hear rate which is 220 - your age in beats per minute .Work your way up to maybe an hour. Maybe check with your Dr before starting exercise routine.
Doesn't matter where the fat is sooner or later it will come off.Sit ups wont get rid of belly fat but it will build great abdominal muscle underneath

eat a healthy diet and exercise for at least 20 mins, 3 times a week. aerobic exercise is best for burning fat, accompanied by ab crunches and knee lifts. fast, brisk walking is excellent exercise and free! u can get a good aerobics dvd to do indoors too. for knee lifts, hang from something and bend your knees and lift them up, it really works the stomach muscles. cycling is good too. make sure u start slowely and work up.good luck!

take in less calories a day and walk at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes. That should really help
